I placed an order online to pick up at a local store on Airport Blvd in Austin Texas. The service at the store was outstanding. The staff took great care of my order and the pick up process. I could not be happier with my order.

Eyemart Express is the absolute best place for eye care!! The employees are extremely knowledgeable, courteous and compassionate, no matter if you order online or in person!! They ALWAYS get the prescription right!! I couldn’t be happier!! They are extremely affordable too!! There is nowhere else that you can get the attention and care that Eyemart Express gives!!

The employees are nice enough but the time it takes is brutal and the communication is seriously lacking. There is never a follow up call if something changes or there is a delay with an order. I could have gotten a better deal but that was not communicated with me. I think I have had my last bad experience.

I received my glasses in a good reasonable shipping time. Very impressed, I like the frames online they are the exact ones I had picked out. Customer service in store could use knowledge on helping out customers that are ordering online. I was told by the asst. manager (Rockford, IL) that they don't know anything about online ordering.... I was as puzzled as you are as reading this as I was been told. VERY RUDE!

I’m trying to remember that little girl‘s name that helped me she was the biggest help I’ve ever had since I’ve been a customer and I’ve been a customer for about 10 years. She’s a young lady with glasses. I don’t know if it tells y’all on the order, but she needs to raise. She wasn’t feeling good, but she was so helpful to me and getting that both glasses ordered. I’ll always be a customer as long as we have customer service like that.
