You guys made everything work so I could get the glasses that I wanted. Everyone was very helpful and prompt. I just need to go and have them fitted now at my local Eyemart Express and everything will be good.

Employee named Kierra was extremely rude, disrespectful and not helpful at all. I placed an order online. When I called to check the status, she kept telling me to “check the website” and they had “nothing to do with it”. Not once did she tell me to call customer service. She would repeat things I just said as “advice”.

Customer service was great. Only complaint I have is that they dont have sale in store as online.

Eyemart Express in North Chesterfield is an outstanding store. I will not go anywhere else! Annette Lee, the General Manager, is knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and definitely knows her stuff. I have also had wonderful customer service from Karen Bridgewater, who patiently examined and tweaked all of my eyeglasses purchased from Eyemart Express (I have a lot). All of the employees are terrific, the frame options are outstanding, and the prices are very reasonable. This is a gem of a business!
