I’m in Oklahoma City visiting for the week and I needed to get a pair of glasses and I’ve always got them at Eyemart express in Tulsa, but I hadn’t got them yet but the point I’m trying to say is I went to the Eyemart express store number 30 in Oklahoma City it was on May Avenue. I’ve never been there before and the girl Brianna she was so friendly so helpful and she helped me I asked her to help me find glasses and I told her I would like to get a clear pair frames and she went right to one and I’ve loved it best ever she was just so friendly nice and she helped me in every way possible and she knew what she was doing you know she knew on the computer what to do and where to go and it just was real quick and simple and they had my glasses ready in 52 minutes and I’ll be coming back. I have family that lives here but I come back here at least once a month so that’s all I got to say you need to see Brianna. Also the store was very clean and everybody greeted people as they walked in..job well done.

I placed an online order on Saturday morning. Saturday evening the status was changed to preparing for shipment. Late Monday morning I receive an email that they needed me to upload my prescription. I inquired as to why that was not required when I submitted the order. At that time I filled out the prescription on there website manually. Here it is the very next day on Tuesday status is still showing preparing for shipment. Customer service has yet to respond to my second round of emails inquiring as to the status and why it has not been updated. At this point I'm not sure when or if I'll get my order. This is disappointing as I have always received excellent customer service from eyemart in the past. But like everything else in today's society it's going downhill. Edit; same generic and insincere response everybody gets.

The website is easy to navigate, but when I zoom in on a pair of glasses and then want to go back to where I was at, it takes me back to the first page again. I was also nervous about the certain numbers they were requesting. When I did the screen thing I wasn’t sure what that was even for, but it gave me numbers none the less, but I had to remember the numbers because it didn’t automatically fill them in. So I had to do it twice, then I got numbers that were a little different than the first time. It was frustrating, and I hope my glasses are gonna be easy to see out of. I have singular vision, so it’s important that I can see clearly.
