Today I went to Eye Mart Express San Marcos,78666, and I felt very satisfactory. All the shop assistants and technicians were every enthusiastic, helpful, professional, and patient. They introduced to me the products carefully and answered my questions patiently. Technician Chris was very kind; when he found my glass frame was not quite right, he offered to help repair and adjust it. He really took efforts and time fixing my frame to my great satisfaction and charged me no money. What a lucky day I had! I just don't how to thank him enough. And it only took 40 minutes before my son's new glasses were ready to pick up. That's really a nice and quick job to my son's great satisfaction as well. The store is clean, quiet, tidy, and amicable. I would highly recommend this store to everyone who wants to have a pair of new glasses.

I took my prescription in to the Holly location. (Albuquerque). Briana was the sales person. She was patient, kind and knew her stuff. I was really pleased with the customer service. However, I first went to the Wyoming location. The person there didn't greet me, just gave me a plastic bin and said put all frames that I try on, in the bin. There was noone on the floor to help with questions. I am not kidding when I say it was a zoo. This location is terrible and I don't understand why management doesn't correct the problems. Especially when I see the many bad reviews.

Purchased 2 pair of glasses in Feb 2021. Had a lens delaminate several months after and they replaced it. Took in the same pair with the other lens delaminating today - 1 year and 2 weeks after purchase. They advised that I would have to purchase a new lens. Delamination is a manufacturing quality issue not anything I have done. I have been an Eyemart Express customer for many years - no more. I'll deal with someone who stands behing their products.

I went into the Eyemart express in Birmingham, Al ( Hoover location) and John and the rest of the staff were absolutely AMAZING... The service was fast and the staff was very friendly. This was my first time there and I will be coming back as well as letting my friend and family know...

I went to the Eyemart Express in Spokane Valley today. The General Manger, Pat Jones waited on me. It was pretty busy, but I only had to wait about 10 minutes. Pat was great! I explained what I needed, and he was very helpful by explaining what they had to offer and the new technology in lenses which was exactly what I wanted. He was knowledgeable, helpful and very efficient. I will be recommending him and his company to all my friends and family members!

I am unhappy I told them I didn't like my glasses when they fit them to my face so I tried to get new ones online I called them because I Need my PD and they gave me a hard time made me feel undervalued and refused to help me I won't ever go back

First of all let me preface my review by stating that my husband & I have been loyal customers of eyemart Express in Billings, Montana for years. We have always walked away very satisfied with the customer service as well as the prices. All of our satisfaction was nearly overshadowed by our visit today, (January 17th). If it weren't for the manager and her helper, Jessica we would have only given a one star review. The CSR we approached, Andrea was the worst customer service representative my husband and I have experienced in years. She was abrasive when, she actually answered our questions and acted as if it was an imposition to point us toward glasses that fit correctly. When we finally found glasses (on our own), for husband Andrea overcharged him $145. She then brushed him off when he tried to question the exorbitant amount. Luckily, when my turn came, Jessica took my paperwork and after reviewing my insurance coverage and listening to our displeasures with Andrea's horrible customer service, she called her manager over and helped me choose awesome frames that I am very happy with. Jessica also reviewed my husband's receipt and discovered the $145 overcharge. Andrea didn't even run our insurance correctly! I am so grateful to Jessica, her manager and the young man that helped straighten out the mistakes made by Andrea as well as find frames for me that made me feel fabulous instead of frumpy! 😊

Although my glasses prescription was filled correctly and within the time I was told, the sales process is quite deceptive. I ordered two sets. Eyemart was listed as an approved vendor with my vision provider. The associate used her estimator (via computer) to supposedly compare cost with and without plan's allowances. She then used a "friends and family" discount code from her phone, which she stated would expire that day. The "discount" brought the cost, if paid directly. to just under what it would be with insurance. Associate advised that I should be able to then claim at least one pair to insurance, getting that portion refunded. My provider did not honor the claim, saying it was out of network. My issue is that the practice actually ended up costing me more. I acknowledge EyeMart is not responsible for my provider's decision, but I can't help believing the associate was aware all along of the doubtful outcome and EyeMart benefited from direct payment and not running transaction through a claim.
