EyeMart Express located in 3050 E Lohman Ave, Ste F, Las Cruces, NM 88011 provided a price for frame glasses on 11/23/2022 at 9:00 am with Medicaid coverage and lied about what Medicaid actually covers. He said that With Medicaid coverage the glasses would cost 120 dollars but he failed to mentioned that a regular material (not Index material) would be at no cost. When I called this employee, who identified himself as Edgar, he told me that it is the consumer who makes de decision but he only gave me one option and it was the most expensive one. He was unapologetic and we got into a verbal confrontation over the phone as I got frustrated with his unapologetic demeanor. This employee is overselling patients with Medicaid by not disclosing purchases in which Medicaid cover the full amount of the purchase and is only giving the more expensive options. The attitude of this person was so blatantly unapologetic and it seems that this practice of overselling will not end any time soon.

Worst experience at all levels. Nothing was done right. I threaten to go above manager to his boss. Then he finally got involved after 7th visit. 8th time picked up glasses. Now 2 months later and frames are out of wack/alignment. Will never go back in Mankato.

Purchase glasses 3 pair. First glasses wrong prescription. Second glasses one prescription wrong lenses off center I have been to store 7 times and request a refund. No manager available I will have to go again. The last glasses I got prescriptions were wrong. Poor service would never go to them again

UPDATE: After reviewing on BBB, eyemart express overnighted a new pair of sunglasses. 👍 I ordered sunglasses online and after a longer than expected wait they arrived, they were clear not tinted. I called customer service and no apology just take them to the store, an hour away, and get them tinted. How is that fair? I have to use my time and gas to correct their mistake!

Today I took my 92-year-old mother to look at new frames to the center in Poland, Ohio. We were so impressed at the level of service! Lucy was so helpful in explains all the insurance coverage details. She was so respectful to both of us. And my mom walked out with 2 pairs of beautiful new bifocals in an hour! For a shockingly low price. Highly recommend this center!

This was my first time using Eyemart Express in Mason, OH. My contact was Courtney who was superb in every way possible. She helped me pick out frames for every day wear and sunglasses, was totally honest about the best looking frames for me, worked with me to get the lenses just right, and made minor fit adjustments all to my satisfaction. Courtney's people skills are over-the-top. She is so very friendly, has such a positive attitude, always has a smile on her face, she is the epitome of what customer service is to a customer. Courtney should be the manager of this store for she totally understands the words "customer service" and it IS the right customer service to a client that keeps one coming back. I never met her until I walked in the door. Eyemart Express, this woman should be rewarded for how she conducts her relationships with all clients. She gets a million gold stars from me.

Eyemart is the worst place ever the rip you off they will give you prices based off what they will get in money wise. Beckley eyemart, the ladies are not very welcoming one girl there is always on her phone even when coming in she stays on it. I believe her name is shelby. Only girl that is warming is rachel i sat with her and loved it all.
