This was our first time at Eye Mart Express. Courteous service, the wait was minimal, and there was a wide range in price and selection. Jaime K. was our Optician, he was knowledgeable and offered to find us the best price possible. Best of all we picked up our glasses the very next day.

I ordered a pair of glasses in the store. From start to finish, I cannot recommend this service more! Eyemart Express is amazing! I did have to wait a few minutes before talking with a sales person; however, that gave me time to look at the frames. When I had a few selected, I sat down at the first empty station and waited for help. The person was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I placed my order and 14 minutes later, my glasses were ready. When I drove away, I realized they just weren’t strong enough. A few days later, I went back to the eye doctor. They checked the RX in the lenses, and it was perfect compared to my RX. After a recheck, they made my RX stronger. I went straight over to Eyemart Express. A seat was available immediately. I decided that the frames I had picked were just too heavy. They allowed me to choose another frame. The sales agent was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She actually explained why the first RX, though accurate according to the machines, was not satisfactory for me when driving. She explained with the two RX side by side detailing what everything meant. I did pay a little bit more for the new frames and features—but I walked away smiling! I have since recommended Eyemart Express to everyone I know that wears glasses! The bottom line prices are far less than the BOGO deals at the eye doctor and my glasses were ready within fifteen minutes! They remade my glasses applying the full credit for the first glasses even though they did nothing wrong, and the RX change had nothing to do with them! What they offer: Excellent customer service! Professionalism! Knowledge. Same Day Glasses! The desire for the customer to walk away happy!!!

It was time for my yearly eyeglass prescription to be renewed. I went to Broken Arrow eyemart Express. Erica was very knowledgable and professional she made my purchase and selections so easy. I will continue to use Eyemart Express and refer people I know to them . THANK YOU!

The entire staff fabulous and amazing! Best customer service theyhelped me into store and to sit down safely I am elderly and walk with a walker. I was so appreciative of it sometimes the struggle difficult. I wish other businesses had a fraction of customer service! My glasses perfectly fixed thank you all so much! I utilized Eyemart Express #2 in Tulsa, Oklahoma on Friday, 1-19-24. Claudia helped me - explained everything in great detail so I could make a choice as to how I wanted to order my glasses. I chose the two pair, no line bifocals option. She was very patient, answered every question, I placed my order and received a text in a little over 30 minutes that the glasses were ready. Very, very pleased with the whole experience. Went back today (01-23) and had tint added to one pair and it was done in about 20-25 minutes. Claudia and Hannah were there today. Top notch customer service. Highly recommend Eyemart Express #2....

They have wonderful customer service. Edwin and Tera are exceptional at the Eyemart on Pennsylvania by Memorial in OKC. I have sent several people there, and everybody has been very satisfied. Edwin went above and beyond to help me with my broken frames with no charge and was so nice and friendly. You could tell he enjoys helping people. Hard to find great service anymore!
