We were very Happy! Kevin did Everything for me & my Husband. He was very helpful, very knowledgeable & very very Sweet! We used to go to Kearney to the Optometrist there, after our visit & Kevin being so kind & helpful, we now have a NEW OPTOMETRIST & EYE CARE CENTER. They were very fast, my Husband had his glasses in Less than an hour! Very Good Quality! WE ARE BOTH VERY PLEASED!!!

The service was not up to par. I went in requesting that my prescription be sent to them by fax and I was told the printer was not working....I'm certain it didn't just stop working. They waited waited 30 minutes to check if the fax was sent...

Web site was very difficult to navigate

I recently had a challenging experience with Eyemart Express that I feel compelled to share. I bought my first pair of progressive lenses and a frame on January 29, and unfortunately, I encountered several issues right from the start. Within just a few days, I noticed a crack in the progressive lens. I returned for a replacement, but to my dismay, the new lens also developed cracks in the corners shortly after. In an effort to resolve the situation, I decided to purchase a new frame for $199. However, I was disappointed to find that the bridge of this new frame was cocked as well. I returned to the store, and while the staff was friendly and tried to help, the replacement frame also had a crooked bridge. To top it all off, I had to request a refund for my original purchase, which totaled around $600. The optician even popped the lenses out of my original frame and attempted to cut them to fit the new one. Unfortunately, this resulted in the lenses not being centered properly, leading to a very narrow field of view—both near and far. It was far from ideal, and I found it quite frustrating. While I appreciate the staff's efforts to assist me, I hope Eyemart Express can improve their quality control and ensure that their products meet higher standards. I would advise future customers to be vigilant about checking their frames and lenses before leaving the store. I really wanted to love my glasses, but this experience has left me feeling disappointed.
