I went into an actual physical store to try on the glasses. I have a very tiny face and my eyes are close together so im usually stuck with children's frames but they had petite frames that fit me perfectly. I went home and ordered them online which was very easy to do and they arrived 2 days later and they are perfect! I will definitely order from eyemart express again

I got my glasses quickly
I got my glasses quickly, but lenses still had glue on them and don't seem to fit in the frame just right.

Amazing!!
Absolutely floored by this GREAT experience! Friendly, welcoming, great selection of fashionable frames at great prices (seriously). I just walked in to the Wilmington, NC store today needing new glasses and not at all knowing what to expect. I met Teresa — she was instantly welcoming, very knowledgeable, and just a really, really nice person. I went in with a prescription, and just one hour (!!) later, I walked out two new pairs of glasses and one pair of sunglasses. Go there — trust me!!

Location of search for ordering
It was difficult to find where to go to shop and order new glasses. But once found it was easy sailing from there.

I don't blame them because things brake.
I know it was things they couldn't control but the whole point of the company is to get glasses fast. as in one day fast but it took 4 days to get them.
