It was quick and easy, all from a kiosk at work. Good variety for frames and the add-on options will ensure that my safety glasses will last a while.

The process times are horrible. The customer service is complete trash. This uphill battle has been going on for almost a year and I finally got a pair of glasses that aren’t broken, wrong prescription, and covered in hard coat runs. The customer service makes promises and never keeps them. One of the worst experiences in ordering anything that I’ve ever had. Such a simple process should not be this ridiculously difficult. Any employer that uses this company for safety equipment does not care about their employees.

This is my 4th pair of safety glasses I have ordered annually. It's always an easy, convenient and quick way to get quality glasses with the options I want, all through my cellphone.
