Hi Gregory, to answer your questions, some lens options are not available. The company chooses the lens options. If you are not able to choose transitions than this is mostly likely the reason. We recommend speaking with your company administrator and asking permission to get transitions.

I ordered glasses on 12/29/22 & have not heard anything other than this survey. I have no idea if they are in process, prescription correct, eta...etc...

Inflexibility of prescription upload
It took me time to track down a copy of my prescription so I could upload a picture of it. It would have been far less frustrating to type in the values by hand. I can appreciate the need for accuracy but I would have also like to have had the opportunity to manipulate the prescription to a level I can read a computer screen and lab work from 24"- 30" instead of the bi-focal addition my dr wrote in. The addition is too strong and more useable at 6"-9" for up close work like the crocheting I do.
