The shoes were great, very comfortable. They are probably my favorite safety shoes I have ever got.

Your tool that you use to upload an RX is broken and does not allow you to upload a prescription. Opted to upload a prescription later and got the email to upload using same broken link. After that was unsuccessful, I was on hold upwards of 15 minutes to be told that no one is available and to leave a message. Called well within business hours. Highly dissatisfied.

Easy to browse by type of show and size, but unfortunately there was a limited variety in my size and the styles I like.. other than that, its a company paid benefit so i cant really complain.

Hi Walter, we appreciate your feedback and will take this into consideration when evolving our program. Some companies limit the selection available to their employees as per company and safety policies. This may be the reason the selection seemed limited. We apologize for any inconveniences. Please reach out our customer service at [email protected] for any further questions. Thank you!
