It has been 3 weeks and still havnt received my order

Hello! The order had to be cancelled because the frame you selected is on backorder until late June at the earliest. We are very sorry you didn't get our message. Our optician did send you an email to mention this as well as letting you know it was refunded and your benefit was reset so that you could reorder. Sounds like our email was filtered out by a spam setting. Again we are sorry that you are finding out just now. We do appreciate your feedback. Please let us know if you need any further assistance.
