Went to an Eyelation representative at Argonne National Laboratory
Went to an Eyelation representative on site with prescription for safety bifocal glasses, this included PD measurement. The representative took no further other measurements. I tried to showed the representative my previous safety glasses issued by eyelation and was ignored. The glasses are made wrong with the bifocal line being extremely low thus making the glasses useless. The line for the bifocal was made at 14 and it should have been at least 20. Now I must send these back in order for a new pair to be made and returned even after speaking with a representative on the phone and getting the situation understood and the correction documented and processed. This amounts a great deal of time!

My company requires that we have side…
My company requires that we have side shields for safety glasses. It is unclear why I am offered non side shield options. It seems you should offer side shields as a option or additional accessory for those glasses that do not have them as part of the design.
