It is not very user friendly I asked who could adjust my glasses because they are small and tight they told me to go to my local optician even though I didn't get my glasses there. When I asked who would be paying for that they said that if they charge you that I should go to a different one. There is no way that they can do any service on the glasses because they are not local and if we have problems we will have to ship them back and wait for them to return. They also didn't have any glasses that fit me very well and need a better selection.

Hello Kyle. We appreciate your feedback and concerns. Unfortunately, we do not have a local office for adjustments, but most Walmart Vision Centers will adjust glasses at no cost and some private practices. We are only allowed to offer the frames each company has chosen for the employees. If there are fitting issues; we may have to reach out to an admin to get approval to order outside their chosen options. We hope your glasses will fit well but if not; we will make sure to get everything corrected. Thank you for your review.
