Once an optician is processing the order; that's when employees get notifications of what additional information is needed. When you get your new prescription; you can just email it to the optician that reached out and they will process your order. Thank you!

Hello Susan. We appreciate your feedback. We aim for all employees to have a great experience and we are continuously working to better our customer service. We do schedule a one hour lunch for every visit; some lunches will be earlier in the day because the technicians start so early. Thank you for your review.
