I ordered my glasses May 1st and have not received my items. I have made 2 attempts to contact you and have never received a call nor email back.
Response from Eyelation Technologies Inc.Jul 31, 2023
Hello Jason. We appreciate your feedback. After reviewing your orders; the respirator and glasses orders were cancelled due to the prescription not being uploaded correctly. The optician sent two emails in May but never heard back. If your prescription is still current, you can upload the full document and resubmit your order. Please make sure the expiration date and doctors office is visible. Sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you for your review.

I used a tablet at work to submit my order. The website was very user friendly, clean. The only thing I found confusing was what my company would pay for and what would be out of pocket. But I completed my order in approximately 10mins or less.
