The website is not easy to understand
The website is not easy to understand. I had to ask for help through email and that associate was very helpful, although they didin't explain what was going on in the first place

go get your own @ a local place
They took over two weeks to receive & upon getting them the prescript is incorrect, as well the side guards are very distracting do to lack of transparency through them. I used the same prescript @ a local place & i can read with them not so much with these. waist of time waiting on these cheap jewels, the cost @ 139.00. And its a no thank you on there return policy

Uploading Prescriptions
Uploading Prescriptions. I followed the instructions and entered the PD information for progressive lens and the order would not proceed without also loading a photo. After loading the photo and prescription I was able to submit the order but received email that there was no prescription loaded only a photo. After attaching the prescription to the email request and sending it, I did not receive confirmation that everything has been received and I do not have confidence that all is proceeding as expected.
