It needs to be made clear that when a customer adds their credit card info that a zip code has to be typed also. This presently is not clear and is not made clear when the zip code is omitted. The website does not direct customers as to what is needed. I had to scroll far to the right to find where to type my zip code. Also if you already have my PD why waste my time making me look all over for it,then I realize I don't have it, I up load a photo and then you tell me "we have your PD from your doctor". Website not user friendly and not pleasant at all.

I thought the ordering process went well, site is very easy to use. Just curious to know how they will fit when they arrive.

After several attempts to log in I gave you guys a call no one ever picked up the phone even though it gave options of customer service technical and all these different things so finally I went back to the website and I use the interactive part of the website to ask y'all what the problem was then the person on the other end told me my login which was the exact same login that I was trying to use no difference then it finally worked and I was able to order my glasses I'm sure I'm not the only person who's had this problem you need to look into it why is no one picking up the phone at the place why is no one returning phone calls

I do NOT like saving my credit cards on sites and your site gave me no option but to save to be able to move forward.
