Choices are limited with high pricing and no customer support
Update as of 01 Nov 2023: Received my Order on 25 Oct 2023- ordered glasses came with one lens having a scratch! Contacted Customer support with 2 emails (one on 26 and other on 30th October) to get shipping label for repair or replacement. Till today 01 Nov 2023 there is no reply from the customer support, no email no phone call - should be a fairly simple matter with no more than a day delay of simple return back to customer. Phone called today to follow up and nobody answering the call - voicemail left with details but why should I expect a return call? Not sure what is the standard response time on the reply for the problematic order. Original review: Prescription safety frames choices are very limited. The frames pricing is expensive to start with – compared similar frames cost to another online retailers. Lenses options ,coatings pricing is higher than other competitors. At the end could have gotten a better deal at other online retailers.

Hello Igor. We appreciate your feedback. Your company does provide very limited availability in frame choices. Our team does reach our regularly to admin to see if they would like to add more frames to the collection. We also understand that our pricing might not be the cheapest but we choose to use higher quality lens products. Safety glasses already get scratched and broken with the products used; which cheaper lens options the quality of the lenses would be worse and scratch even easier. Thank you for your review.
