At the end when I needed to pay it wanted to save my info to “Link” and wouldn’t let me check out without it. Therefore I completely changed my order so that I didn’t owe anything additional, meaning I really didn’t get what I wanted

Easy to use, just need a photo of prescription. After that, gives you choices of safety glasses and can even use your own photo to see how they look on you

The automatic email replay is over the top annoying when you are trying to email about the issues that were experienced on the website. It took a very long time to get a hold on an actual person to just be told that they didn't know what was going on. To me it seemed as if you have forgotten who keeps you in business. I ended up emailing 3 different times I believe because the issues on the website and called in twice. So honestly, I feel that your customer service skills are below of what I expect when I try to get a hold of customer service. The only reason I even did any of this is because of my work or else I would have happily done it locally with people who know what they are doing.
