No person to help with accuracy of bifocal line. No one to adjust frames. Poor color of pictures. Poor system overall.

While trying to purchase my glasses
While trying to purchase my glasses, I had a hard time getting the purchase to go through and I could not find a phone number for a representative to help me with the situation which made it hard to purchase my glasses from home.

Everything worked pretty well
Everything worked pretty well, and I like the try-on feature. My only complaint is that I tried to open products in a new window, but it kept duplicating the other windows instead of opening the link I tried to open.

The selection sucked
The selection sucked, the prices seemed high, and there was no ship date given. The best answer was “a few weeks”. It’s absurd they have no ship date. And again, the selection was pathetic.

Hello Rusty. We appreciate your feedback. We apologize your frame choices aren't larger. Unfortunately, your company chooses what frames we are allowed to offer to their employees. We do reach out often to try and update the selections; we will pass this recommendation along. As for the shipping date, it is impossible for us to give an accurate ship date for each order because the lenses are customized for each individual. Turn around times vary depending on the prescription, lens options and upgrades, and frame availability. You will receive a notification when the glasses ship, with a tracking number.
