Support and information for online ordering is poor
The support and info for ordering online was poor. The website did not provide enough or correct information about the frames. The support person could not provide further details, as they had no access to the frames. For example, descriptions of whether safety side shields were detachable did not match the pictures. There was no explanation of exactly what the measurements measured. The instructions for required ordering information were incorrect. The selection of online frames changed too frequently. Only solution offered by the company was an in-person consultation, so they're really not ready for completely online transactions. The glasses I received are OK, it's the online ordering process that leaves much to be desired.

Hello. We appreciate your feedback. We are sorry to hear you weren't able to have all your questions answered. All of our safety frames come with side shields. Your company determines if we can offer removable or permanent side shields. Every employer has a different policy. Also, frames change frequently because we remove any frames that are out of stock or on backorder to eliminate any unnecessary delays.
