Excellent & Professional staff, a little bit of wait time but not excessive. Subtracted 1 star as the eyeglass frame prices were only labled on approximately 3 frames out of approximately 20. So if you had a frame cost question the "fitting tech" had to do look ups on frame cost(s)....so that (a) slowed up the works, and (b) made out of pocket costs less transparent.
