What is your return policy if shoes don't fit? Since you cannot try the shoe on high likelihood they may not fit.

Pop-up error unclear when submitting an order. What does "Please add a photo" mean? I already added a photo of my prescription. It didn't specify that I needed a photo of my face to submit the order. Took me digging in the Profile settings for we to find out what it meant. The Error should say "Please add an PD to you profile to complete your order". UX 101. Put the PD in the Prescription tab on the sidebar. Wasted too much time to figure this out.

The process was quick and easy. My only complaint is with the virtual try on feature. When leaving it, instead of taking you back to the exact pair you were looking at, you end up back at the top of the page. If you were fairly deep in the product list, that was rather inconvenient.
