Despite providing my eye prescription, which was obtained a couple of months ago, I have consistently received incorrect lenses and frames. The glasses you have sent me do not match my everyday prescription glasses, and the frames are also incorrect. This discrepancy has caused inconvenience and frustration as the products received do not align with my needs. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. It is essential that the correct lenses and frames are provided to ensure my satisfaction with the products ordered. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution.
