My order was sent to a wrong address, 5,000 miles away. When I called customer service, I was told my company doesn’t send packages to home addresses, which is not true. When I asked why is wasn’t sent to my home, they stated it was policy. They offered no solutions. I had to track down the package myself and am having it mailed to me.
Response from Eyelation Technologies Inc.Aug 25, 2026
Hello Joseph, Thank you for your reply. We apologize for the confusion on address. Your company ships orders to your home. There was a glitch in the system for your account addresses for your company which has been resolved. A ticket was created on the 23rd to ship to you. We apologize for the delay and hope your new glasses work well for you. -Team Eyelation
