This experience is related to safety shoes only. The web site was ok, but to make things better, please consider adding "quick specs" to each shoe posting. The reason I will give a "OK" instead of 'Great' was due to the fact I had to go directly to the shoe manufactures web site to figure out what the specs were for each shoe type, to figure out if it was ESD safe or not. If they were there, it was not obvious to me. I spent a considerable amount of time going through data sheets on the manufactures web sites to find a ESD safe shoe knowing that a Electrical Hazard shoe is not the same thing. The site was good for showing all "Safety Foot Ware", giving the buyer a lot of choices, as I also need arch support, but it would have been nice to see on the thumb nail more than just -Steel, Alloy or Composite options only. On the other hand, I did receive the shoes in a timely with the packaging in good shape.

There are 7 shoes available in my size without having to pay out of pocket. 2 of which are inappropriate for my job. 2 of which I would never wear. And 2 that look like they have zero support for 10 hours on your feet. Even if you take the price factor out, there are only 20 options. And it only adds 3 viable options for my job position. Your selection for women is terrible. For a provider of work shoes, you really should take into account the entire population, not just those within a popular foot size range or have an unlimited pocketbook.

Only one eye was under perscription. Upon having to have them sent back the benefit discount of 100usd was not reapplied. This caused me to have to pay the full price out of my own pocket after the glasses thay used the benefit for were improperly sent out.
