Accurate and full prices were not displayed while I was ordering and it was unclear what would be fully covered by my benefit until the item was placed in the cart and extra charges were added. Photos of some items did not include side shields and it was not clear from the website whether side shields are part of the frame. Frames are not marked for whether they will be good for high prescriptions, and high-index lenses were not fully covered by my benefit, which will make laboratory operations less safe for me. I had an excellent interaction with customer service, who recommended an alternate frame for me and confirmed that all frames have side shields. The recommended frame would not have been fully covered by my benefit, and I appreciate that it was after customer service recommended it. However, users with high prescriptions will have a challenging time having their benefits covered. I have not yet received the safety glasses, and once I do, I will be able to further comment about whether they allow safe operations in the laboratory without blurring or distorsion.

Hello Andrew, We appreciate you taking the time to share your detailed feedback regarding your recent ordering experience. We understand your frustration with the lack of clarity around pricing, benefit coverage, and frame specifications, especially concerning side shields and suitability for high prescriptions. We are actively working to improve the transparency of our website to ensure all necessary information is readily available before an item is added to the cart. We are also reviewing how we present information about high-index lenses and their coverage. We recognize the importance of clear communication regarding benefit coverage, especially for users with high prescriptions, and we are exploring ways to make this process more straightforward. We value your input and will use it to enhance our services. -Team Eyelation

The flyer for this read that there would be several different styles of safety glasses to choose from. Six pairs is not much of a selection. I was much happier with the prior service that was provided to us. If quality customer satisfaction is a priority, the marked was greatly missed. I will not be looking forward to picking up my new safety glasses.
Response from Eyelation Technologies Inc.Aug 26, 2026
Hello Antonio, We appreciate you sharing your feedback regarding the selection of safety glasses. We understand your disappointment when the available options did not meet your expectations based on the flyer. There are currently a dozen styles listed for your location. There are several frames that we are waiting on stock so they are turned off. We apologize for the inconvenience. -Team Eyelation
