I had problems finding information or the information was not on the web site. The prescription is not available for review, I did call the help desk and they emailed me my prescription. I also have an issue with entering credit card information, it was unclear how to get around (not saving) saving the CC information, I went through the CC section 3 times before completing the transaction.
