It would be much easier to just be able to "upload" your photo on the profile page by dragging and dropping. It took me a hot minute to realize I had to keep going to the program and thru the PD information to realize if I just kept clicking thru I would see I had to "ask" for Eyelation to calculate for me. I kept searching for a way to simply upload the photo. I didn't know to move on thru the program. Now I do, however, it will be some time before I need to order a new pair.

Hello Jeff. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. It sounds like you found the process of uploading a photo and calculating your eye measurements a bit confusing. We are glad you did figure it out and were able to order. Maybe next time we will have a drag and drop option. -Team Eyelation

Everything was easy for my purchase of safety glasses. I was looking for a summary of what I purchased. I couldn't remember all of the options I selected. I emailed support but did not receive the specifications on the glasses I ordered, but that it shipped. There was nothing in the box that showed a breakdown of what I ordered either. Other than that, the overall experience was great.

Without an appointment. Also my first time using this service. I had my prescription ready. The associate got my information very quickly. Informed me of my options. I quickly chose frames that I liked. The associate asked the questions and asked me if I had any questions or concerns. Everything went well and quick. Seemed like only 5 minutes and I was done.
