Hello Kelly, We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties with the fit and clarity of your new glasses. When they are falling down it is harder to get the reading power to work properly. You can take them to any local provider to make an adjustment to the temple (usually at N/C) to make them fit more snug on your face. We hope this helps and they work well for you.
