There needs to be a better way to indicate all the requirements to placing an order. The required photo of your face was not communicated effectively and prevented an order being placed in a timely manner.

There seems to be some confusion with my order. Your representative came to my job location and fitted me with work glasses. I paid $66.00 out of pocket on the spot. My order number is 1489601. Also, I had a paper copy of my most recent prescription with me when I ordered my glasses. Just now I received an email from you demanding my prescription otherwise my order will not be processed!! So I electronically sent you my prescription again!! So now I’m very concerned and worried about my order!! Do you have everything you need to make my glasses??!!
