Remote onsite ordering issues - If you come to our worksite, take a picture of my prescription that I spend the time to obtain, enter my order information, fit the glasses and take my money, you should supply what I ordered. You did not. You printer didn't work, your app didn't work, etc.

my glasses arrived and the prescription is off from all my other glasses, yet i submitted the same prescription that is used for all my other glasses. reached out to customer service to return them and have not heard back for almost a week now.

I ordered my safety glasses from you guys and the length of time it took to receive a new pair was a little longer than I would have liked. My safety glasses arrived to me, and it was the frames I ordered but not the design I chose. considering that it already took me awhile to get them I just decided to use them anyway because I needed them. The quality of the glasses is good, and I'm overall satisfied with the product. Just wish I received the design I ordered.
