The filters for the safety shoes did not work correctly and they did not let me filter for the things I was interested in.

Great web site. Had no trouble using my android phone to set up everything including uploading my prescription and photo for the glasses preview. All around pleasant experience. The staff was very helpful after I ordered to let me know that my prescription was not recommended for use with the frames I thought were good. They offered a couple of choices that would work and I picked the one I liked. No worries about the reorder, they did everything in a timely manner.

I did not receive protective eyewear. Due to the fact of my prescription being expired. But it let do the whole process and order completion. Only to receive a email 2 days later. That said my prescription was expired and my order cannot be processed.

When employees order online the computer does not know it's expired. When an optician reviews the order during processing they are the ones that catch it. Hello Gulietta. On may 1st It appears that we sent an email the day you ordered and needed more information. A second email was sent on May 9th requesting same information. You replied on May 19th to cancel the order. When you get a new prescription please upload and place a new order. Thank you. -Team Eyelation
