Easy to use and good flow. Nice option to see example of glasses on your portrait. Integrates well with benefit to understand out of pocket costs versus covered costs.

The optometrist was very friendly and professional. She was very fast (my appointment took about three minutes) and was able to see that my bifocal needed to be stronger by a watermark on my everyday glasses. My exam was on the 16th and my new safety glasses arrived today on the 25th. This is the fourth year of using Eyelation and I have never had a bad experience.

I ordered a pair of glasses in July that never shipped, and reached out to customer service at the end of August only to find out the frames that were ordered were out of stock and I was never notified. The customer service rep then changed the frames to ones in stock and created a new order. I then had to wait another whole month for those ones to ship.
Response from Eyelation Technologies Inc.Oct 1, 2026
Hello Phillip, We apologize for the delay. Your order, along with several others, had to be retransmitted to our lab. Your glasses were shipped 3 days ago. We hope they work well for you. -Team Eyelation
