I'm a older man not used of modern technology. So trying on glasses on a picture is not what I want to do. And have to figure out how wide they need to be in metric instead of the standard way was confusing. I had to send the first glasses back. When i talked to a real person they were pleasant.

Sent product to the wrong address even after I called and ask to send to my home note was put into file and still it was sent to wrong address so I still have yet to receive the product
