I had black marks on my lens. You do not ask for PD number. Need more choices of glasses for smaller faces.

We have a digital measuring system. That is why we need a photo of you. We are also looking into expanding our selection for smaller faces. The representative that was helping me I felt really took the time to get my prescription correct. I appreciated how she took extra time to make sure my prescription was centered on my new lenses. I liked how she took time to explain my prescription to me and explained the way transition lenses work.

I ordered frames from here in July. 8 full weeks later I finally got the confirmation email that they had been shipped, which was so long I had actually forgotten about them. Then when it came to actually getting them, the shipping label was incorrect, and usps sent them to a different place. Eyelation not only did not send a sorry, but hasn't acknowledged at all that the glasses did not arrive. after 9 weeks I'd rather just not order another pair.
