There was not enough time allowed for exam and/or fitting ,meaning no exam, no fitting. I had one choice only for frames. Fortunately they fit. Distance vision is ok but to see close up I must push glasses up off my nose or remove them. The prescription used is the same as my regular glasses with progressive lenses. I see just fine with them. Close up and distance. The first week I tried yours, we had a safety meeting using a large screen on the wall and a paper on our lap. I could see the screen with glasses but had to remove them to read small print up close. Without them I I couldn't see the screen. I don't know what kind of adjustment you can make .

It's not ideal that your close-up vision requires adjusting your glasses. Your eyewear is eligible for a product adjustment, return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
