Having to go back through the whole…
Having to go back through the whole selection process after viewing a product. No way to save your previous searches to compare head to head. Maybe I did not use the site correctly? Not sure, but that’s what stood out to me. I must say that customer service was very helpful in getting me logged in to make my selection after a quite a few attempts.
