It was quick and painless
It was quick and painless. I liked the customer service department fast response to my questions. I only have one complaint. When I downloaded my prescription it was outdated which was my fault. But I didn't know my order was cancelled until I noticed money back into my bank account. I didn't get any information until I called your customer service department.
Response from Eyelation Technologies Inc.Apr 6, 2026
Hello Clinton, We're glad you found our service quick and our customer service responsive. We appreciate your feedback regarding the cancellation notification. An email should have been sent informing you. We'll review our notification process to ensure customers are informed promptly of any order changes. Thank you. -Team Eyelation
