Hello Steve, Your order was delivered on 10/07. When you called the package might not have been picked up by the carrier yet. A label had been created and flipped the order to shipped. When customer service looked it up and gave you tracking info it might not have updated yet. Until the carrier scans it, it won't show information. We are sorry, we should have explained that to you.
