Very pleasant experience! Setup of my account and input of my Rx was very simple and intuitive. The selection of safety frames was extensive and selecting the right sized frames was easy. Delivery was quick and with reasonable packaging.

The first order I placed, was in processing for several days and than was cancelled. No one reached out to me to help me prevent the cancellation via email, text or phone. The system stated that I did not have my perscription uploaded which was not the case. I then had to re-upload all information and spend more of my time on the phone with the technical support team. The first order left a bad taste in my experience overall. I ordered them for a reason and needed them. The company can do better and should do better. No issues afterwards with second order. Next time I look to purchase another similiar product, I will go elsewhere and reccomend others elsewhere. It's 2026, we have enough technology and there is no excuse.
