The ordering process was good. It was easy to load a photo of the prescription into the website order. I would suggest a preview screen of the order and the prescription before the order is placed, it would be confidence inspiring. Eyelation communication post ordereing was fantastic.

i placed an order and opted for the 5-8 day delivery . my order did not even ship until the 7th day when i should have received it within that time frame. it should have been more urgent because i do actually need the glasses for work it was definitely an inconvenience to me
