My prescription was messed up twice, and when I sent my glasses back with the correct prescription as directed, you just reset my order and said I'd have to re-order my glasses.

The fact that the optometrist couldn't actually do an eye exam and fit my glasses to my face wasn't very helpful at all. Now I have a pair of safety glasses that are very uncomfortable and do NOT fit correctly.
