It took more than two months before my glasses was complete and shipped to me. I can't use the glasses because the prescription was not rightly used. It's blurring when I wear it.

I placed this order for my prescription safety glasses back in July of 2026. I understand that the frame I chose was back ordered, but I was never notified of this until I called you about my order about 4 weeks ago. If the frame is not available don't list it on your site until it is available. Also communicate that there is an issue with the order.

I ordered August 26th, they just shipped on October 6th, there is no way to get a hold of customer service from your order site. When I finally was able to get a hold of customer service the poor girl kept apologizing to me because she had no information on what was going on with my glasses. I wish I could remember her name because she was the only thing about this experience that was easy and helpful.

Easy process and straightforward. Delivery took a week or so but for equipment such as this it is understandable. Would order through them again.
