The onsite optician was outstanding
The onsite optician was outstanding, but the rest of eyelation's operation lets that amazing individual down. No notification of status of order (just "processing" for three weeks), no return calls when I left messages to inquire on status, nothing. There is no phone number to call on their website, I had to track down an old email to find it. Also, "shipped" means someone created a label. It does not mean that the shipper actually has the order yet. So if it never makes it to the shipper, you are not getting your eye protection, but your order status never reflects that and customer service never returns your call, so it's a dead end.

Hello Katherine, We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We are sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the order status updates, communication, and shipping process. Unfortunately your prescription requires a longer process. Wea e sorry if you were not told that your wait time would be extended. Your order has been shipped and was taken to the shipper today. The system has not updated. You should receive next week. Again so sorry for your inconvenience. -Team Eyelation

The 'push button' ordering online is…
The 'push button' ordering online is great! The prompts are very easy to follow and the order process was seamless. Could argue it's a '5' experience. The only concern is the lack of trying on the frames in person that causes reservation.
