The representative’s demeanor was unprofessional, and she raised concerns about an odor related to the papermill. I would kindly request that future visits be handled by staff who exhibit a more engaged and solution-oriented approach.

I was very skeptical about my prescription being ordered online. The process was way easier than anticipated and made easy to understand. Upon arrival, the glasses were perfectly matched to my PD and the prescription was also perfect.
