My glasses were easy to order and shipping was pretty quick. They did leave out the strap I ordered, but this was resolved quickly as well. No issues with the glasses either.

Eyelation overcharges for everything including old out of date styles of frames. Lense options like scratch, blue light, & "HD" upgrades are ridiculously overpriced. I assume Eyelation knows that companies give their employees a subsidy that generally barely covers the frames and lenses. So, Eyelation tries to get the employee to pay more with overpriced extras like $100 for blue light. Also, I didn't even get a glasses case or even a sleeve with my absurdly priced frames. If my company hadn't paid for them, I would have just gone to Walmart. Walmart has a way better selection at a better price and a lot better quality. The lenses I received are so yellow. The lenses must be made of extremely cheap plastic. I assume again, to get you to pay for the "premium" upgrade options, which I'm almost positive are still caca.

Communication was easy. They respond quick to your questions and concerns to avoid delays on getting your prescription safety glasses. It was packed well protected and tried then on. It stays on top of my nose which is a plus because I work in the warehouse and it can be humid causing it to slide down but overall I like my safety glasses.

My service was great; The young lady that waited on me did a superb job. She made sure that I got the safety glasses, that I needed to do my everyday job at Smurfit Westrock. She was real knowledgeable about her job. My glass came a few days ago. I am very pleased with my glasses; I was very pleased with service as well.
