Your website is not user friendly to order and my glasses did not have an option to order a case to store my glasses or lens cleaner.
Response from Eyelation Technologies Inc.May 22, 2026
Hello Jodi, We appreciate your feedback regarding our website and the ordering process. We are actively working to improve the user experience and product options. We do offer cleaner, cloth and cases on our website. -Team Eyelation

The quality of the glasses is piss poor. The first pair of glasses that I received looked drastically different on me than the 3D camera had shown. The second pair of glasses came in with the worst plastic quality I've ever seen and a coke bottle thickness.
Response from Eyelation Technologies Inc.May 22, 2026
Hello Noelle, We are truly sorry to hear about your disappointing experience with both pairs of glasses. We appreciate you bringing the issues with the 3D camera representation and the plastic quality to our attention. We are committed to improving our product quality and virtual try-on accuracy. -Team Eyelation

The pricing seemed to be designed to exclude certain combinations of prescription glasses options from being covered by the $200 benefit offered by companies. Specifically, digital single vision plus the extra hard surface coating brings the price above $200.
Response from Eyelation Technologies Inc.May 22, 2026
Hello Ben, We appreciate you sharing your feedback regarding our pricing structure and benefit coverage. We understand your concern about certain options exceeding the $200 benefit. Company provided benefits generally cover frames and basic lenses. Much like insurance. They cover the basics. If you add extras you pay the difference. Again thank you for your feedback. -Team Eyelation
