I had a early appointment and your employee accommodated because it was Chicago time not eastern. Plus she was very professional and easy to work with.

I wear no line bifocals and due to the price and what was allotted by the company I thought I would try the lined bifocals. When I received them I didn’t care for them and the frames were much bigger than expected. I was able to return them and the optometrist actually messaged me several different questions to insure I received a pair I liked and that better served my needs
Response from Eyelation Technologies Inc.May 26, 2026
Hello Bill, We appreciate your feedback regarding your experience with the lined bifocals and frame size. We are pleased to know our optician was able to assist you in finding a suitable pair. -Team Eyelation

The bifocal was way too small on the safety glasses I couldn't read what I was supposed to be reading everything else was okay the transition wasn't dark enough
